Laser Peripheral Iridotomy (LPI) for glaucoma

Humphrey Visual Field testing to determine the scope and progression of vision loss
Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT) for measuring optic nerve and retinal thickness
Corneal Topography to monitor corneal changes
Internal and external photography of the eyes to document pathology
Fluorescein Angiography to determine blood flow through the eye
B-scan Ultrasound to determine pathology if there is no view into the eye
Diopsys NOVA Vision Testing to objectively measure the function of the entire visual pathway from the eyes to the visual cortex using electrophysiology
Emergency Services
No matter what time it is, SMO is always ready to take care of your eye emergencies - 24/7. Walk-ins for eye emergencies and injuries are always welcome during normal business hours and will be worked into our schedule. If you have an eye emergency after hours, our doctor-on-call is just a phone call away.
**Please note that our phone systems are turned off for lunch Monday-Friday from 11:00am-1:00pm. Should you have an issue arise during that time, please call back after 1:00pm or go immediately to the nearest emergency room (if you're not sure you can wait).
